loneliness

Today we’re sharing a redemption story of God at work in the life of one of our LLB Community members, Hannah Clark. Read more about the way God has redeemed her life!

When my soul feels heavy and the sounds of our home feel overwhelming, I sing praises.

Could it be that this loneliness that lingers in our hearts is meant to point us to the only One who can fill us and meet every need for companionship, joy, hope, and peace?

Is your heart weary today? Does your soul feel broken, shattered from the trials of life? Let us remember His nail pierced hands that bear the marks of suffering so that we might be able to walk in eternal life. No heart, no body, no mind has ever been broken to the degree of being unfixable by the hands of our wounded Savior.

This post is for those of you waiting on a husband. This is for those who feel lonely, alone, unwanted & confused over your singleness. You. Are. Not. Alone. (If you would like to read the e-book I wrote on “A God-Sized Love Story”, click here for the Kindle and here for the PDF version) Images by of Greg and I were taken by Nancy Ray Photography – the BEST photographer!) On November 17th, 2012, I committed before God and an audience of about 400 to give my life to Gregory Loius Saffles. Needless to say, at that very moment, my life changed.
