Well-Watered Women is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to join our team. Our ideal candidate is first and foremost passionate about our mission to help women put Jesus first in every season. This position requires a strong understanding of our brand and a drive to reach women with the gospel in an authentic way that is compatible with our mission.

As the Marketing Director, you’ll become an integral part of the leadership team, leading the marketing strategy and brand management across all digital marketing channels. Reporting directly to the President, this role will own all customer growth and retention at Well-Watered Women. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, crafts strategies, drives execution and owns results.  

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to Atlanta, Georgia.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy, content and brand management across all social media accounts 

Define, implement, and own KPIs, create strategies to meet KPIs, and help drive conversion rate optimization and increased brand awareness across all digital marketing channels

Oversee all customer acquisition channels including paid search campaigns, SEO, advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships

Oversee all customer retention channels including community engagement, loyalty programs, etc.

Work collaboratively with Content Director to plan, manage, and schedule all digital content

Optimize user and customer experience on website and keep up-to-date on best practices

Manage a team of direct reports

Provide consistent, engaging, on-brand copy for multiple platforms, including website, social, and emails

Oversee email marketing, including building effective email segments, targeted emails, and newsletters

Define, implement, and own performance metrics, attribution tracking and regular reporting on growth KPIs to the leadership team

Strong commitment and desire to stay up-to-date with latest marketing techniques and growing trends

Become an integral part of the Well-Watered Women leadership team 

Responsible for the day-to-day strategy and implementation of all social media platforms


Deep understanding of the Well-Watered Woman customer and target audience
Passion for the ministry and mission of Well-Watered Women

4-year college degree in relevant field 

5+ years of proven experience in similar marketing role

Located in the metro Atlanta area is strongly preferred but not required
