Orders ship Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 24 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.


The delivery estimate indicted at checkout begins once the item actually ships and is transit. Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are unable to control delays or delivery exceptions.

All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email to hello@wellwateredwomen.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue on unused products.

Please be advised that sale prices or free shipping offers cannot be applied to past or pending purchases. All slightly flawed items from our Spring Cleaning Sale are final sales and are unable to be returned or exchanged. They are sold as is.

We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to an order that has already been submitted. Please verify all of your information carefully. If an order has to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

We do ship internationally to most countries. If our checkout process does not allow you to ship to your country, please email hello@wellwateredwomen.com, and we will do our best to add your country to our approved shipping destinations. However, please note that there may be import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country and the customer will be responsible for those fees.

Due to the new tax laws introduced in the United Kingdom for international shipments, we are unable to accept orders shipping to the UK. 

Please note that USPS offers no guarantee on delivery timeframe for first class international shipping. They do estimate that delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks from time of shipment.
