Our mission is to equip women to know Christ fully through the Word of God and apply the glory of the gospel to everyday life. Through creating Bible study tools, we aim to sharpen women’s focus, mission, and purpose as we set our eyes on Jesus. We believe that putting the Word before the world will arm women with what they need to live life from a place of victory and abundance through Jesus.
Making friends is hard. I’d like to say that it’s just my season of life or the fact that I just moved to a new city, but really—no matter what season of life you’re in and what city you move to, friendship doesn’t always start out easily.
Because I’ve worked with students for awhile now, it’s become increasingly clear to me that the core goal of most students from sixth through twelfth grade is simply making friends. B
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to excel in everything. In school, I wanted to make good grades. In orchestra, I wanted to be in the first violin section. In marriage, I want to be the best wife. And in my walk with Jesus, I want to be the best Christian I can be. In my mind, the ideal Christian is someone who lives a sacrificial life. This person is obviou
This week, our community study of Planted is focusing on the discipline of prayer. This can easily turn into a neglected part of our spiritual walk, a selfish wish list, or a last resort in desperate times. But we are called to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thess. 5:17) and, through the blood of Christ, we can access the throne of grace with confidence (Heb. 4:16). What does it look like to practice prayer in daily life and grow as praying women? Here ar
When a man and a woman take their marriage vows, committing to be with one another until death, the farthest thing from their minds is all the moments in between, when husbands and wives don't see eye to eye. It's no surprise that when two sinful people come together, there are going to be argumen
In 2015, my Labor Day did not go according to plan. Instead of spending an enjoyable day with friends, I sat in an emergency care center learning that I had shingles. One of the diagnostic questions the doctor asked me was if I had recently been under significant stress to which I exclaimed, “YES!”
I’m not yet 30, but I’m old enough to remember dial-up connections and AOL Instant Messenger, “away messages” to let people know when you were away from your computer, arguing with siblings over who got to use the computer to “get online,” and then arguing again when your time was up because you were in the middle of a conversation on AIM with the boy you had a crush on.
"The entire breadth of the community has been uplifting and a consistent source of tangible grace since I discovered Well-Watered Women. Through Instagram, I’ve been given constant reminders through both my feed and the stories that regularly speak to me directly. Through the community page on Facebook, I’ve found a place of encouragement and prayers, but also a refuge for other women and watching people open up in such an open forum is so refreshing and just a reminder of God’s goodness in the day to day that tends to feel mundane."

"The Well-Watered Women social media is so incredibly encouraging... it is a reminder that sometimes it is hard to get our priorities right (thank you for not pretending that it is easy), but also encouraged in the overwhelming value of making our time of study and prayer our highest priority! Not only have I been impacted, but I have been more consistent with my Word before World with my 8 year old daughter and we are BOTH growing because of it. Thank you!"

"On January 1st, I started using the Colossians Walk in Grace Journal. It was the perfect resource for showing me how to study God's Word, what questions to ask and how to start a relationship with my Father. After the Colossians journal, I started the Ephesians Walk in Grace Journal. I have fallen more in love with God, I know who He is and who I am in Christ, and I have a desire to know more of Him and to tell others about Him."

"I have been doing a group Study out of the Flourish book and am personally going through the book on Proverbs 31. They have been such a HUGE help to me. They have helped the Holy Spirit show me what needs to be set aside in my life so that HE can properly use me. I am so grateful for these studies, they have been great tools in my walk with God personally. They have also brought so many ladies together in true biblical fellowship, centered around the WORD of God instead of the meaningless distractions of this world."

"My girlfriends & I were feeling disconnected from community and the word and our identities as daughters of the King...we decided to try out the Redefined study. We are in the thick of it right now and week 1 of gathering we were already letting walls down, being convicted of things, shedding light on places of hurt that we didn't realize still existed. It's just been a really great time of getting real with each other, ourselves, and the Lord."
